Do I keep my number when switching carriers?
Yes. We get the transfer code from your current carrier and start the port right in front of you. The number is usually active on the new line in under two hours. Bring an ID and your last bill or the account PIN.
How long does a screen replacement take?
45 minutes on average for common iPhone and Samsung models we keep in stock. For a rarer model, the part arrives within 24 to 48 hours and we call you as soon as it is in.
Do I need a social security number or a credit check?
No for prepaid plans, which are most of what we activate. An ID is enough. Some carriers' postpaid offers may require one: we tell you before we start.
What does the six-month warranty cover?
It covers the fitted part and the labor. A screen that loses touch or a battery that fails is taken back at no charge. It does not cover new damage or water damage that happens after the work.
How fast does an international top-up arrive?
Immediately in almost every case. The recipient gets a text from the local carrier. If the credit has not gone through within an hour, we retry or refund.
Do you take old phones as trade-ins?
Yes, quoted in store based on the model and condition. The trade-in value comes off the price of your new phone. Bring the charger if you still have it.
